Photographing weddings both before and after having one of my own gave me a perspective I really value. Being a bride didn’t change how I photograph weddings, but it did remind me how much trust you place in the person behind the camera.

FAQ
Q: What's your style?
A: It's a mixture of traditional and documentary wedding photography. We need to make sure to get the photos for grandmas' fridge, but then we will make sure to capture some you can submit to Vogue. I keep my editing true to the day while adding a touch of warmth to help the colors pop!
Q: When should we book?
A: It is very common for clients to book 18 months out. I do not hold dates. First to sign a contract along with a retainer paid will secure their wedding date.
Q: When are engagement sessions scheduled?
A: Engagement sessions are scheduled during the week usually two hours before sunset. Your session should be scheduled within 2 months of signing the contract. Whether it's at your home, a scenic outdoor location, or a venue of your choice, we're open to capturing your portraits in a place that holds meaning to you.
Q: Is travel included in the price?
A: Anything outside of the Chicagoland area over 40 miles away will require an additional charge.
Q: Do you charge extra on holidays?
A: There is a 20% increase in prices on holidays including but not limited to dates surrounding Thanksgiving, Christmas, & New Years.
Q: How & when will I receive the files?
A: You will receive a gallery link via email to an image hosting website. There, you will be able to download your images within 6 weeks of your wedding date.
Q: Do I get to select the images?
A: As a photographer of 10+ years , part of my job is selecting the most flattering photographs. I do not deliver repeats, out of focus, mid blink/talk, or overexposed images. I want you to have all the best images to remember your special day by.
Q: Can I have the unedited raw files?
A: No. This is not a proper representation of my brand, skills, or vision.
Q: Do you do video too?
A: I don't offer hybrid shooting yet , but I can direct you to some awesome Chicago videographers.
Will you photoshop my images to hide any unwanted spots, winkles, etc.?
If there are any distracting elements in your photos, I’ll take care of them. Minor edits will be made to all your images, but I believe our imperfections are what make us beautiful & unique.
